WHAT IS A MAGNETIC SEPARATOR?
A gadget that utilizes a magnet to extricate pollutions and other attractive materials from metal is an attractive separator. Before, during and after the processing of a material, magnetic separators can be used and can be calibrated to attract various types of magnetic material at different intensity levels.

SEPARATOR OF MAGNETIC ROLLS
A short conveyor belt envelops the magnetic roll in a high-intensity roller style magnetic separator and an ideal tension roll. On the belt, a suitable feeder discharges materials. At the end of the conveyor, the ferromagnetic and paramagnetic particles bind to the belt while the nonmagnetic particles migrate freely away.

MAGNETIC DRUM SEPARATOR
Magnetic drum separators are mainly developed and produced as separators of low field strength. They have an open magnetic field in one plane with the magnetic poles. To isolate iron particles from bulk material whenever foreign iron disturbs the corresponding process sequences, low field intensity separators are used.

OVERBAND MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
Suspended Permanent Magnetic Over band Separators are intended to extricate tramp metal from the item moved by belt, vibratory feeders or slanted planes. Over bands are primarily used to secure machines such as crushers, shredders and others, to remove ferrous particles and purify goods (industries such as foundries, coal mines, cement works, food, sponge iron, charcoal, glass, chemical industry). Set Permanent Suspension Magnets are more fitting, if not.
PERMANENT MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
The permanent magnetic drum consists of a stationary permanent magnetic assembly with a uniform and perpetual magnetic field over the entire width of the drum.The magnetic shell is made of non-magnetic stainless steel and revolves around it. The strong magnetic field attracts and retains ferrous particles to the spinning shell as the fluid fed uniformly from the chute falls over the drum. The non-magnetic material falls freely from the shell as the spinning shell takes the iron particles into the stationary magnetic field, while the ferrous particles are tightly retained until they are carried past the divider and out of the magnetic field.
It is guaranteed that the power of the permanent magnetic drum is greater than the corresponding electromagnetic drum. Everlasting magnets are the permanent magnets used and their power does not decline throughout regular usage and may be used for the life of the facility.
RANGE OF SIZE
Standard drum diameters of 300 mm are available for permanent drum separators. Drum widths vary from 300 mm to 1500 mm: 400 mm, 450 mm, 500 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm. It is possible to make other sizes as unique to your requirement. The greater the drum's diameter and width, the greater the amount of material that can be handled.

MAGNET OF FERRITE
The ceramic magnet magnetic separator is beneficial for the application where free and larger iron particles are to be separated. The normal attractive quality on the outside of the attractive drum will be Gauss 1500-2000.
MAGNET FOR RARE EARTHS
Extreme focus attractive separator Rare Earth Nd-Fe-B (Neodymium-Iron-Boron) magnets are valuable to kill attractive tainting with low attractive properties and to isolate fine iron particles. On the drum wall, the average magnetic strength will be 3500-5500 Gauss
LIFTING MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
These are commonly used for the handling of seeds, machine tool raising and other such purposes. These operate solely on the basis of their magnetic strength and need no power or battery power to work.
